Terms of use
The rules for this website. The terms that govern an actual puppy sale are in the contract, which is the document that counts.
A plain-English starting point, not legal advice. Have a solicitor review this alongside your puppy contract before launch, and check your local authority’s breeding licence conditions — several of them dictate what you must disclose to buyers.
This site is information, not an offer
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to sell a puppy. A sale exists only once we have both signed the puppy contract and a deposit has been received and confirmed by us.
Litter information
We update litter and puppy statuses the same day anything changes, and we intend everything here to be accurate. Even so, a puppy's status can change between your loading the page and your contacting us, and planned litters may not happen — dogs are not inventory. Expected dates are estimates.
Applying
Submitting an application is free and obliges neither of us to anything. We decide who we place puppies with, and we may decline any application without giving a reason — though in practice we almost always give one. Please give us accurate information; we check references.
Puppies are sold in person, from where they were born, with their mother present, as required by the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018 — “Lucy’s Law”. We do not deliver and we do not use third parties.
Payments
We take payment by bank transfer only, against a written invoice hosted on this website. Our bank details never change during a transaction. We are not responsible for money you send to an account that did not come from an invoice on this domain — please read how payment works and telephone us to verify before your first transfer. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Photographs and text
Everything on this site — photographs, text, and design — belongs to us, and copying it is not permitted. This matters more than it sounds: puppy scammers routinely lift a real breeder's photographs and words to build a convincing fake. If you see our content elsewhere, please tell us.
Advice on this site
Our grooming, training, health and cost guidance is offered in good faith from experience with this breed. It is not veterinary advice and does not replace your own vet, who knows your dog.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. PLACEHOLDER — amend if you are in Scotland or Northern Ireland. Last updated PLACEHOLDER — date.
